Biceps – 10th January 2013

It’s very unlike me to do a biceps only session. I prefer exercising my lats and biceps together with bigger movements. However, I’d got hold of a set of FatGripz and decided to use them to really make my biceps work.

Warm Up
Small bit of mobility

  1. TRX Biceps Curl, 5 sets x 10 reps
    Rest while partner works
    Tempo 4010
  2. Concentration Curls (Fat Gripz), 5 sets x 10 reps
    Rest while partner works
    Tempo 4010
  3. Seated Hammer Curls (Fat Gripz), 5 sets x 10 reps
    Rest while partner works
    Tempo 4010
  4. Incline Curls (Fat Gripz), 5 sets x 10 reps
    Rest while partner works
    Tempo 4010
