Legs – 19th January 2013

With all the snow, an indoor at home leg session was on the cards (I’d already been out for a cheeky muscle-up/pull-up session at the park in the snow in the morning).

Warm-up:
Mobilisation
Dynamic stretches
Body weight squats

  • 5 x sets of Supersets of:
    • 1a. TRX squats 20 reps
    • 1b. Kettlebell sumo squats
      Tempo 4010
  • 5 x sets of Supersets of:
    • 2a. TRX Pistol Squats
    • 2b. Kettlebell single leg deadlift
      Tempo 4010
  • Stretch & roll

Morning session

Wasn’t on training programme but I wanted to film a couple of videos!

  1. Muscle-ups (5 sets x 2 reps, Tempo 20X0)
  2. Pull-ups (3 sets x 10 reps, Tempo 20X0)
  3. Muscle-ups (2 sets x 10reps, Tempo 20X0)
  4. Pull-ups (2 sets x 5reps, Tempo 5010)
