The times has come. I’ve been speaking about the release of some new programmes on my social media for a few months. It’s also been a little while since I’ve had a website update. So, with the launch of a few new programmes also comes the launch of a few new services on the website.
As with everything in life, things change and evolve. Over the last couple of years I have found myself giving more seminars/talks to corporate teams on health, fitness and nutrition. Not only have I really enjoyed this, I’ve found I’ve had a really good influence on people in the audience. Even those that at first seem sceptical and are obviously only there because they have to be.
My coaching is available to companies as well as individuals. The individual coaching isn’t just limited to health, fitness and nutrition, I also cover Change Coaching, helping you through those difficult times in life. Over the years I’ve met a number of clients through the fitness route, yet have ended up helping them through other problems, from depression to eating disorders to chronic fatigue. Utilising skills from my Royal Marines days, my PGCE training and the multitude of clients I have worked with, I have personally found this really rewarding and thus want to open up the number of people I can work with.
New Training Programmes
For those of you that follow my fitness programming, you’ll know that I don’t just have a 4week or 8 week or 12 weeek etc transformation programme. I don’t believe that to be the best way forward for people in the long run. Yes it might get someone a more aesthetic physique or figure for a holiday or wedding in the short-term, but it doesn’t solidify good nutritional understanding via education for someone in the long-term.
Therefore, I wrote The Ration Pack Diet – a nutritional book that is a one stop shop for everything you need to know to either improve health/fitness, gain muscle, lose fat or increase sports performance. I also wrote a number of training programmes that can be teamed with the information in The Ration Pack Diet, be that the GVT programme or the Strength and Volume programme.
The new programmes cover some areas I felt were missing within my products from what people where asking for, thus, we now have:
- TRX Transformation. A bodyweight only programme to team with the info in The Ration Pack Diet and either build muscle or lose fat – or both. All you need is a suspension trainer and some staying power.
- EMOM. EMOM stands for Every Minute on the Minute, a protocol that is so simple yet so effective. I used it in the Marines when short of time or kit. The best thing about EMOM is that it ensures something so many people miss when they are training: intensity. You just can’t help but work hard with EMOM.
- The 30 Days programmes, aimed at getting you up to a set standard at a particular exercise over 30 days. We have: 30 Days to 50 Press-ups, 30 Days to 20 Pull-ups and 30 Days to a 3 Minute Plank. All three give you specific training to do each day over 30 days to get you to the end result. This sort of specific training can be great for a simple goal o get you past a plateau or if you have lost focus with your fitness.
