I’m really pleased to announce my latest set of training programmed: The Cardio Collection!
The main focus of the new collection is running.
A lot of people get into fitness via running, as it really doesn’t require anything other than you, a decent set of running shoes and a stopwatch. The new programmes are designed so that anyone, at any stage of running, can find something useful:
- There’s a complete beginner 6 Weeks Walk to 5km Run programme aimed at those who can’t run yet, but want to.
- There’s a 5km Race Plan aimed at those wanting to improve their 5km time.
- There’s a 10km plan, a half marathon plan and a marathon plan.
Someone could also use these programmes to go from walking to marathon running over a series of months by simply following one programme to the next, to the next.
Finally, for those that can’t run or don’t want to run for whatever reason there’s a 1 Mile Swim programme. It might be that you are injured so running isn’t something for you, that you prefer swimming for whatever reason, or live somewhere where it’s too hot or cold for running regularly so swimming is a better bet.
This programme is also aimed at anyone out there who has never truly conquered swimming continually by performing the true front crawl length after length after length. When it comes to that, this programme definitely has your back!
