Rest Day – 22nd November 2012

Rest days are so, so important. They allow growth, change and adaption. If you don’t rest, you won’t improve. You’ll overtrain and will end up going backwards. Today I didn’t train, caught up on meetings, paperwork and articles. So ready to hit the gym hard tomorrow morning though! Pic is a BT advert I did in the Summer:
