Rather than fight against the current and continue to try to impress on people that in the long run it’s better to concentrate on eating healthily and adding in a sustainable exercise routine, rather than worrying solely about bodyfat. I’ve decided to give people what they want and put together Ten Simple Ways to Lose Fat. The caveat is that these 10 simple methods are all safe and sensible and in no way detrimental to health.
Drink more water
All of our bodily processes require water, fat metabolism and fat burning are no different. Storage of the food we ingest in either the muscles or fat cells also requires water. Ridding the body of unwanted toxins that can hamper smooth operation of the body, including fat metabolism and fat burning, also requires water.
Drink water burn Fat
Bottom line, if you drink more water you are likely to help your body burn more fat than if you didn’t and all else were to stay the same. Ideally you would take on board some other fat burning protocols such as those found in my Ration Pack Diet too. However, if you want to start anywhere, try drinking 1 litre for every 20-25kg of bodyweight. So if you are a 50kg female, drink at least 2-3litres a day. For a 80kg male, try 4litres per day.
Fight the Fat
