If trying to lose fat has been something you have been chasing for a while, or it’s been something you have wanted to address for some time but you just haven’t gotten around to it, this free ebook could be the thing you have been looking for.
Ten simple things that you can implement into your lifestyle to kickstart the process is a great place to start. I’m not saying these ten tips are all you need. Far from it. I would like to see each and every one of you following one of my training programmes to truly improve your fitness levels, and following the healthy eating options in my nutrition book Successful Eating to really improve your body’s performance (mental and physical) with improved eating habits. However, I know that too much at once will put people off, so Ten Simple Ways is where we will start.
Just do it
The catch here is that of course it will involve you reading the book and then implementing some of the 10 Ways into your lifestyle to make the process work. I’ve taken you to the water, so to speak. But you still have to make sure you are the sort of horse that will drink. Think about it, how many times have you said:
