As some of you will know over the last three weeks I’ve been providing a programme for the beautiful ladies over at Those London Chicks. It’s now the final week of that programme and they are in their active recovery week.

However, I know some of you will want to do something over the next few days, so how about this:

Warm-up: 2-5mins run/row/bike/skip

  1. Leg press/squats – 20reps x 5sets 1min rest between sets
  2. Press-ups/chest press – 20reps x 5sets 1min rest between sets
  3. Bent over row/lat pull down – 20reps x 5sets 1min rest between sets
  4. Sit-ups – 20reps x 5sets 1min rest between sets
