30 Days of Video Tips: Free courses available now on fatloss, muscle gain and the PRMC!


Today marks the release of my new free thirty-day video tips courses. Yes, you heard right: these are free. I’ve got three great courses for you:

The courses are designed to impart some of my knowledge on the given subjects. Once the tips are understood and implemented into your health and training lifestyles, they should help you reach your PRMC, fatloss or muscle gain goals!


How do the courses work?

Simply sign up to your desired course using the form on the course’s signup page, and then for the next thirty days you’ll receive a daily email with a link to a different video tip that will help you on the way towards your goal.

I hope you find the videos interesting and useful. Please do try to stick with them. One or two may not appeal to you or inspire you, but those may actually be the ones you need to listen to the most! Make it your aim to make it to the very end of the course. Think about it, thirty 1-2minute videos over 30days. What’s that, really? The consistency of being able to return to the site and watch the videos each and every day should be your first challenge to yourself. If you can do that, what else can you do for thirty days?

No-one got anywhere by quitting, so stick with it and learn as much as you can your chosen course.


Science… and a bit of hard work

The bottom line is that whether you want muscle gain, fatloss or to pass the PRMC, it all comes down to science. There’s no magic. There are no dark arts. Adding muscle is about energy balance, consistency and hard work. Losing fat is about energy balance, consistency and hard work. Passing the PRMC is about hard work, consistency and ensuring you eat enough to have enough energy!

As a qualified teacher with a PGCE and BSc on Molecular Genetics, I enjoy teaching and helping people learn. I particularly enjoy teaching science and working in facts. Therefore, I was really inspired by the idea of creating a series of courses with short videos giving a number of hints, tips and bits of useful info to help people all around the world understand how to take control of their health and fitness.
