You hear people say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s the most important, but I definitely agree that it’s important to have a good breakfast everyday. Especially if you’re chasing a superhero level physique.
Having a good breakfast of carbs AND protein will help stave off catabolism (muscle breakdown) and aid protein/muscle synthesis (coupled with resistance training over the prior days).
However, breakfast alone isn’t enough. You need to follow-up a good solid breakfast with a series of other meals (3-5 depending on your lifestyle & preference) that fit your specific caloric needs. Get training and nutrition right and over time you’ll build a superhero physique… maybe not The Hulk’s, but then who really wants that?!
