I was really up against it time wise today. I had a busy day of clients and meetings. However, I wasn’t going to miss a training session after yesterday’s scheduled rest day, so had to squeeze my session in between a couple of clients. Today was a chest and shoulder session, focusing more on front delts. The session looked like:
Warm-up/mobilisation
- Bench press 4-6reps 3030 tempo 3sets, last set drop-set x 2
- Incline dumbbell press 6-8reps 3030 tempo 3sets, last set drop-set x 2
- Cable crossover 4-6reps 3010 tempo 3sets, last set drop-set x 2
- Cable front raise 4-6reps 3030 tempo 4sets, last set drop-set x 2
- Incline lateral raise 4-6reps 3030 tempo 4sets, last set drop-set x 2
- Seated dumbbell shoulder press 4-6reps 3030 tempo 3sets, last set drop-set x 2
