Kilimanjaro Altitude Training for Royal Marine Commando Stu and Luke

Last year, two friends of mine from Royal Marine training, Stu and Luke, came to The Third Space to use the Hypoxic chamber in an attempt to do some altitude training prior to their trip to Kilimanjaro.

We caught up, had a laugh and got them breathing in 15% oxygen while they walked and jogged at a gradient. We then used the rotational step machines to really tire their legs. Again, I’m very privileged to have access to such a great piece of equipment as the Hypoxic chamber at The Third Space and be able to use it to train my clients and myself.
