Three main constituents:
- Homemade burgers: extra lean minced beef, green & red chilis, two types of chorizo and some black pudding. Bound with egg and cooked on a George Fireman grill.
- Broccoli & cauliflower steamed, then stir fried with egg, tuna, mange tout, sugar snap peas.
- The good old sweet potato, with some cottage cheese.
