Today was another incredibly busy day. However, I still managed to make time for a training session. Keeping in line with the training rep ranges were 12-15reps, tempo 3030 and rests kept to 45-60seconds. The training looked like:
- Lat pull down 4sets, last set 2 x dropsets (20-30%) 12-15reps
- Reverse fly machine 3sets, last set 2 x dropsets (20-30%) 12-15reps
- Seated cable row 4sets, last set 2 x dropsets (20-30%) 12-15reps
- Cable reverse flyes 3sets, last set 2 x dropsets (20-30%) 12-15reps
- Biceps barbell curl 3sets, last set 2 x dropsets (20-30%) 12-15reps
- Biceps cable rope hammer curl 3sets, last set 2 x dropsets (20-30%) 12-15reps
