Today I picked up a copy of the UK Men’s Health, which had a supplement on Supplements: the “Supplement Awards” supplement. In this, Men’s Health gave their verdict as to the best supplements available on the UK market for a number of areas, from fat-loss to muscle-building. Well done to my sponsors Maximuscle, Maxifuel and Maxiraw who all did pretty well in the awards.

However, better than that (for me anyway!), the new Maxi-Milk advert which I was photographed for some eight weeks ago was finally printed. I almost got into trouble with Minimart (the awesome production company behind the ad) a few weeks ago, for putting the shot up before it was released (sorry again guys!).
