People have seemed genuinely interested in the training myself and Johnny “Sticky” Budden did prior to his 1000 miles of Parkour.

My two previous posts showed a circuit that I designed to test his Parkour skills, explosiveness when fatigued and overall mental and physical endurance.

We then had a post about the LONG sessions we did in the Hypoxic chamber at The Third Space, where we made his body exercise (run) while at altitude (simulated), i.e. around 15% oxygen.

This session, was a “complex” of upper body exercises to really test his mental and physical conditioning, as we went toe to toe, rep for rep. As you can see from the last picture, we certainly pushed him to a good level!
