SEANBLAIROver the last few months, I have had A LOT of guys messaging me either on this Facebook page or via emails for two major reasons:

  1. To ask me for advice on training and preparation for a PRMC or joining the Marines.
  2. To ask me to provide them with Personal Training to prepare for a PRMC or joining the Marines.

As much as I want to give back to the Corps (without which I wouldn’t be who or where I am today), I just don’t have the time to reply to every single one of you, or train every single one of you and still earn a living! I often direct people to my Royal Marines Physical Training Manual, as it contains pretty much all the info you need. I don’t do this for my benefit, I do not receive one penny of royalties from sales. It all goes to the MoD. I just believe it is a good place to answer your questions.

So, what I have decided to do, is the best I can with the time I’ve got:

  1. YouTube videos answering a handful of questions from different people when I get time, which anyone can then watch on my YouTube channel. The idea being that these may well answer your questions before you message me as someone else has asked it already.
  2. Run a 2hr class in London every 2 weeks at the weekend where anyone can come along for a 1.5hr PRMC Royal Marine Fitness class (including warm-up/cool down and all the elements you want from a fitness class) and then a 30min Q & A for PRMC/Royal Marine training questions. However, I will not answer injury type questions in this forum.

This class is open to anyone, whether they wish to join the Marines or they just want a Royal Marine style workout. The class will be £10 with a donation being given to Royal Marines charities once I have covered my costs. The first of these classes will be on the 27th January in London at 10am.
