A programme I wrote for a friend who lost his love for the gym. After following my original 14 week cover model transformation and then a subsequent 18months of trying all sorts of programmes, he found himself bored and uninspired. Knowing he enjoyed the challenge of strength training and lifting larger and larger weights, but also that he wanted the added bonus of hypertrophy, I designed a programme encompassing both strength and volume by splitting the week in two.

This is a completely different style of programme, unlike anything most people have tried before. With that comes a new challenge, both physically and mentally at time. Those who have tried it have agreed it is a great way to break plateaus or get over periods of motivational obscurity.

More suited to intermediate or experienced trainees who have a good grasp of the major lifts in terms of technique and form. Suitable for males or female trainees, as well as those chasing fatloss, strength or muscle gain.
