This has led to a fitness industry with an abundance of Internet/social media ‘”experts” encouraging 14day diets and overly restrictive nutritional plans. These plans promise quick results, which they may provide in the short-term. Long term, though, they won’t support the goals listed above.

To really reach a fatloss, muscle gain, health or sports performance goal, long term changes must be made. That way, the results will be life long. I’ve helped people lose weight, gain muscle or improve at a sport and 5years later, they are still enjoying those results. The changes we made weren’t quick fixes that can’t be kept up for long periods of time. They are real lifestyle changes that can implemented for life long changes.
